It started in 2019, the way a lot of good things start — with a Cricut machine, a kitchen table, and no plan to turn it into a business.

Tiffany picked up her first Cricut just to make something for her own family. Then a friend asked for one too. Then it was vinyl for a cousin's baby shower, a name on a coworker's tumbler, a whole batch of matching shirts for a reunion. Right around the time the world slowed down and everyone was home looking for something to build with their hands, the hobby turned into Tiffany's Touches.

The Cricut led to sublimation. Sublimation led to DTF. Each new machine wasn't about chasing what was trendy — it was about never having to tell a customer "sorry, I can't do that on this fabric." Today Tiffany runs Cricut, sublimation, and DTF printing all in-house out of Woodbury, which means she can match almost any design to almost any garment, and personally control the quality of every single piece that goes out the door.

That's really what "Tiffany's Touches" means. It's not just a name — it's what happens to every order before it ships: the mockup she designed herself, the color she double-checked, the press she ran, the box she packed by hand. No call center, no production line passing your order between strangers. One person who cares whether it looks right as much as you do.
